Tang Yuan

Tang Yuan... is err... Chinese delicacy if im not mistaken. Its made from glutinous rice flour and water. Haha, damn easy to make. No need to sweat so much to produce a damn good effect. =D And no, im making this not because the Lantern Festival is coming, but its just suddenly outta the blues that i feel like eating it. Coz i miss it shoooo muccchhhh!!! It is so easy to make. Just get the flour, water... mix them up and then just roll them up into little balls ( size of lizard's eggs like that =.= ), and throw them into a pot of boiling hot water with pandan leaves. It smells so gooooood... AAHHHH. Then, just boil some syrup and open a can of lychee and mix them all together. Chill them and TA-DAH... it is done! =D I used to remember this delicacy cost about RM 1.20 per serving back then. And you can only find like 20 balls in your bowl. But making it at home, neverending supply of balls. So... you can eat all the balls you can get. Awesome, aint it?
