Well, today... i decided to cook deep fried pork for dinner coz seriously i cant live without eating pork for a week. Put me in some country where pigs are considered 'sacred', i tell you, i will die from my fetish. Gah... a piggy girl loves her dose of piggies, doesnt she? Yes, yes i do. So ok... back to kitchen business. First of all, is marinating the pork belly... slicing the meat into big slices... marinate in a bowl... and wait for the juices to run... then coated with flour... AND LET THE FRYING BEGIN!!!
There were HELL LOTs of oil-jumping and popping and ouch-ing in the kitchen... and in the end...
The outcome:

A huge plate of fried pork belly meat... eaten with a home made sauce... omg... i want more... =__=

No pain no gain... i got burnt by a wildfire of hot oil jumping like crickets in the wok. =__= hurts a lot la... but then... what is there to complain about... haha...
SO yea... besides coating food with flour and tempura batter... what other ways can i use to prevent oil-jumping when frying stuff?
Still experimenting...
Hope my kitchen wont go up in flames...

becareful next time when wan to fry something especially meat with lots of water......
my methods is use a cover to cover ebfore put those in..... else not only our hand... the whole kitchen floor will extremely oily..
haha... ya ya... very true indeed... i usually coat it with a lot of flour to help... hehe...
Aiyoh! look very very yummy! Fried pork & beer the best! But problem is after a happy meal cannot do pokeing!
