Well, after a little uproar in my wee little heart about whether my cooking was good or bad... ive been in the kitchen ever so frequently, concocting up new recipes and cooking meals. Well, to tell you the truth... my cooking isnt something you can be proud of, if you are looking at those finger foods and western delicacies coz im no master chef for those fine dining and delicate food. But for an everyday meal? I can be so proud *flares nose* that im one hella good cook. Well, enough for a living i guess. =D
Been trying out certain things... and i think i should let the pictures do the talking... coz im kinda busy with my assignments right now... so yeah... picture talk!!!
First of all...
Fried crabs... with a little pinch of curry and some eggs. Add a little white wine to it... arak putih la... lol... really brings out the flavor ma... Fry it all up... ahhhh... I LOVE CRABS!!! Who wanna eat crabs with me??? hehe...
Garouper fish head curry rendang... eh??? Dunno the name la... Curry fish head enough... haha... the spices, the curry... ahh... all combine with the fish to make it one luxurious curry... i bet it will cost a lot if sold outside... ahem ahem... over exaggerating la... but what to do... im proud of it... ^^
And im not sure if people can get this anywhere... this is...

Ambal... something like a bamboo clam??? Hmm... not so sure la... this is a periodic kind of shellfish... so you can only get it during certain times of the year...
Half-boiled... then shell it coz the shells can be pretty delicate... and also... not nice if it gets poke to your gums. OUCH~~~
Then... cook it with curry... ahhh... this is heavenly...
I dont know why i love adding curry into my food... its just herby... haha... i love that hah hah kind of taste in my food. And maybe curry is the easiest thing to cook something to get rid of its fishiness... i guess... thats in my opinion la... =D

those bamboo clams are really good actually... hehe... dont judge a clam by its shell... oh wait... im babbling... anyways... there are pretty harmless compared to syringes... ^^
oh yeah the previews for enchanted are all over the place. i'm planning to see it next week.. but i'm guessing the whole place will be filled with kids and teeny bopper couples -_-'

Waahh. Looks like you really love cooking. Crabs, fish head curry, and those bamboo clams are all heavenly. Especially crabs. Can't get enough of them. Hehe.
I cook too. Instant lasagnas are my specialty. LOL. xD
[featherin] hehe... its no biggy when kids and couples flock the cinemas... the only problem is when the kids started whining halfway through the show and the couples started smooching when things get a little boring... haha... those are well... expected scenes during a Disney movie... =D
