Lately, there has been an alarming increase of HIV cases in Kuching. 8 new cases a day, and this includes students, proffesionals and also those doing nothing at home (housewives). Im not gonna say which race dominates the list but its just a caution. Your food vendor in the kopitiam may be HIV positive. He might just cough in your food and those bits and pieces of cells that dropped in your food may cause contamination, and you the eater will admit the virus into your system when you eat the food. Im not saying where, but there are food vendors in Kuching...i really mean our beloved Kuching...who contracts this deadly time-bomb. This is why, make sure your food is always steaming hot, and the hygiene must be damn clean.
Besides that, the toilet bowl you sit on, make sure you wipe them clean with a tissue paper first. Preferably use the squatting toilet. Or you can just stand while peeing if you still prefer the sitting kind.
Boo, i dont like saying this but Malaysians love their water-face. I mean, if you have the disease, let the world know. But NOOOO, all you do as keep your mouth shut and spread the disease to innocent people. And why is that? Because the water from your face is so precious you cannot die without a good name. And why are Malaysians so cb? You guys brand people who are unfortunate. For example, a guy has HIV. He tells the world so that people can take precautions when working with him. But what do we do? WE SHUN THE POOR GUY AWAY!!! Cant we be open minded like the Westerners? They can accept this kind of people in their society, work with them, co-operate with them so that they feel accepted in the society. I seriously think the main reason people in Malaysia do not want to confess is because they wont be accepted in the society anymore if they were honest! You see, for us...HONESTY PAYS!!! HELL, IN A DIFFERENT WAY!!!
Let me tell you a story. Its a true story. My mum's friend, a nurse in the hospital was working during the SARS period. I know you all remember that horrible time. Okay, back to the nurse. She works in the hospital, and she is under quarantine as she works with the patients. Everytime when she goes back home, whenever her neighbors saw her car, they all shut their windows and doors. No contact with friends or relative. Its like you're the carrier. Even her husband had a bad time. Business aint doing well coz the customers caught wind that the wife is a nurse in the hospital. So there you see the mentality of us Malaysians. We are proud to be Malaysians. Yea, proud to be this.
I just dont know what the world has become. I just dont know...
In Berberboo's mind : Why are we Malaysians like that? We cant accept facts at all...
